Conscious Movement
coalesced from decades of experience as a dancer, performer, teacher, choreographer, and transformation guide 

Conscious Movement helps you translate concepts into embodied practices which you can explore and integrate into your life and relationships in ways that make sense in a whole-being, whole-bodied way.

From conscious breathing, to changing your body posture to open up fresh listening, to moving your joints in a friendly way, to turning your body to face an important issue in your life, movement processes illuminate how you really are and support your creating a shift.     

Conscious Movement practices: 
  • ​​Create a compassionate space for you to be present with your body and emotions.  
  • ​Open up the channel of your body wisdom.  
  • Support you to access inner resources through grounding and presence in your breath and body.
  • Facilitate connection with your self, your source, others, and the spaces you inhabit.  
  • Provide clarification about the connection between inner states, expression, and relational connection.  
  • Open up new possibilities. 
  • Can be fun and playful!
