Individual, Ancestral, & Collective Healing

The healing model developed and shared by Thomas Hubl is based on the art of Transparent Communication: a profound evolutionary practice he has been teaching around the world for over 20 years. It includes individual, relational and social components which infuse awareness into relating.
Through relational attunement and companionship in your process, you discover that healing movements are possible even for deeply ingrained issues in a relational environment which is spacious, non-judgemental, kind, and genuinely curious. By creating a space / environment for healing to unfold and slowing down enough to presence the energetics of your experience, your body becomes a safe enough space for whatever needs to be included and re-integrated into your wholeness.
A core trauma-healing principle is that our defensive mechanisms -- which appear to be dysfunctional -- are intelligent life movements (survival strategies) which are functional at a different level of development, sometimes referred to as childhood heroes. As you consciously grow your capacities for presence, embodiment and resourcing, your body-mind system learns to include what was formerly frozen or numb. As you meet your inner energetic defensive mechanisms in your process, compassion and insight emerge with a sense of melting. The process of healing, or 'whole-ing,' is essentially up-leveling capacity to reside in adult consciousness, which frees you to grow and flow creatively.
This restoration unfolds in a similar way whether the issue is more developmental, ancestral, or collective. In many cases, individual healing precedes ancestral healing and collective healing. However, your process itself will show what needs tending and each layer shows a reflection of the other layers.
